"I have always been fit and for the most part have eaten well. HBHL has opened my eyes to a different style of living. Power yoga and tabata classes are always geared to every level and I am addicted! Each post and interaction with Jannell has given me more fuel to seek out a balanced life for my family (nutrition and fitness).
